The young kid spoke eagerly about the gov's fitness program...since 2005 or whenever, I couldn't concentrate on what he was saying because all I could see was the verrrrrrry large, and I mean large sign behind the buff boys that spoke/read/encouraged/drink COORS!
If you're young, you're a sports person, you drink Coors! Call Jackie Maratti were the last words I heard as I saw the last of the sign fade onto another sports package.
Pray tell....what kind of governor's fitness package is it that includes the advertisements of alcohol and or the stuff you smoke. I'm actually quite surprised that they mentioned Dr. Sheih's name being affiliated with the governor's fitness group knowing that it's being sponsored by an alcoholic beverage.
If it's okay for the youth to drink and drive then it's okay for them to accept donations/sponsorship for their governor's fitness program otherwise, they're hypocrites!
I would be shocked if Dr. Tom Sheih stuck around knowing that beer and cigarettes sponsored fitness competition that used his name. I don't think he's the type who'd promote drinking or smoking to the island's youth.....but then, that's what I think....and I don't have a kid that plays dodge ball!
So Jackie, find some sponsors that don't sell beer and cigarettes....or lottery tickets!
