MORE ROAD KILL
It's like we're in a hurry to get to get to the morgue these days!
I don't know what the hurry is but it seems that we're suddenly in a hurry to get to the morgue! This morning...imagine, the morning after Easter...on the freeway now known as Army Road or something like that(they're always changing names to appease somebody) it'll always be Rte 16 to be remembered as the 'killer road'....anyway, you'd think there wouldn't be any great need to be in a hurry...but, maybe there was.....whatever....the late model car and its driver exploded onto the concrete pole that caused the death of other people in a previous accident.....
The footage on the evening news barely had parts of the car left to show due to the extent of the fire.
One will hope that this 8th traffic fatality will remind us that we're mere mortals, candles in the wind and that there's no place worth going to that's worth losing a life over...that's my hope...for me and for you, the reader and for those you love and those who love you. Life is so short, so fragile, so precious, it's worth being careful.
