KUAM reports that a man and woman were shot dead at a Dededo lounge...the shooter a man....A:....the two weren't his friends....B:.they weren't his friends and were singing out of tune, C:, they were taking too long with the mike! D:, the killer had an alcoholic problem that he couldn't get help with because there's no help on the island for alcoholics unless you get same through the two non-profit agencies and he didn't know about them....perhaps he had anger management needs, bi-polar needs...people that shoot others is like hitting the total button after you've entered a lot of additions or subtractions...the woman could've been his current/former lover, gads, the man could've been likewise, these days, you can't be sure, there are many things that factor into a killing, the biggest factor is that there's a great need for a place where people can go for mental health needs and at this writing, it's not available and where it is available, it's expensive and as long as it remains so, we'll continue to have child/spouse/family violence and killings.
If you doubt my words....check your insurance policy....see how many times you can see your psychiatrist....as well, do you know that many of the meds that help control problems aren't covered by insurance?
But we're talking karaoke.....you can and will live longer if you buy your own set....especially if you're a Johnny-one-note-singer!
